The Phoenix

This axe was my first big custom big axe with an original handle. The handle is octagonal-square which lends to a very unique throw. A red and black stain adores the handle.
The axe head is a 1980’s Hults Bruk Yankee Agdor and was given a throwfile to be viable in competition. Two phoenix engravings and a feather on the poll bring this unit together.
